Terms of Service / Privacy Policy Terms of Service Services and Postings are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Each service or post will incur a one time fee (as specified on the service form). No Posting of material that is illegal, discriminatory or of an illicit nature are allowed. Postings containing non-allowable content such as those described herein can and will lead to Membership termination and removal of post or material in violation of Terms of Use agreement. Membership subscription and posting service or unused portions thereof, if canceled by either participating member or by K & R Ventures dba/HirePromotions, due to violations of the terms of use by participating member, are non-refundable. Employment related postings, including but not limited to employment applications must be designed to comply with Federal Civil Rights Act, Title VII, The Age Discrimination Act of 1967, The Americans with Disabilities Act, The Civil Rights Act of 1991, and Sate Fair Employment Prejudice Laws. Therefore, no posts, employment applications or question asked can or will be used to discriminate adversley in matters of race, color, marital status, national origin, religion, age, sex, disability, Veteran status, or any other characteristics protected by state or local laws. Privacy Policy Information submitted by the user for services and or billing porposes shall not be shared with third parties. Any HirePromotions.com database and database services information may not be shared with any third parties or business not directly related to or part of the company or business purchasing use of database services or database information. |
